Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee compliance programs, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance and develop corrective action plans.
• Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance-related matters. Monitor changes in laws and regulations relevant to the organization's operations and update compliance protocols accordingly.
• Investigate and resolve compliance issues, including conducting internal investigations as necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law
• Proven experience in legal compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Integrity and ethical conduct.
