  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Title: CS & Moderation Officer

Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site [Jakarta Office]

Role Description

This full-time, on-site role at Orbit Future Academy involves identifying potential partners, negotiating agreements, building relationships, developing strategies, monitoring performance, resolving disputes, and facilitating communication between partners and internal teams. The CS & Moderation Officer will also provide guidance to ensure successful collaborations. A strong understanding of customer service and content moderation is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Researching and analyzing potential partners to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Managing contract negotiations and implementing agreements with partners.
  • Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with partners.
  • Creating marketing strategies to maximize partnership benefits.
  • Tracking and analyzing the success of partnerships to ensure mutual benefit.
  • Addressing and resolving any conflicts between partners regarding business decisions.
  • Serving as a liaison between partners and internal teams to ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Offering advice and support to partners on merging and partnership processes.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor Degree from any discipline (Management, communication, Business Management, Marketing, etc)
  • Experience 1-2 years as Account Manager will be advantages
  • Must fluent with english communication
  • Passionate in B2B and high sense of self driven
  • Strong in analytical thinking, high sense of self-starter and good in negotiation skill & maintain client
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Having experience working with expatriate
  • Could join ASAP

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include experience in the education or technology sectors, familiarity with the Indonesian market, and proficiency in additional languages.
