Responsibilities :

1. Financial Reporting (Statutory and Internal/Management Reporting): Ensure accurate and timely financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage the company’s budget, including forecasting future financial performance and tracking budgetary compliance.

3. Internal Controls: Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

4. Tax Compliance: Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.

5. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and overall financial improvement.

6. Team Management: Lead and manage the accounting and finance team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance.

7. Audit Management: Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, ensuring that the company’s financial records are accurate and compliant with standards.

8. Strategic Planning: Work closely with senior management to develop financial strategies that support the company’s long-term goals.

9. Support the Due diligence process of Lenders and provide response to Lenders questions and comments.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. A Master Degree, CPA, or equivalent qualification is preferred.

Experience: Demonstrated experience in accounting, financial analysis, planning, and/or business analysis as Senior Manager or equivalent position. Experience in financial services company is preferred.
