Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager

Position: Finance, Accounting & Tax

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and statements in compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Handle tax reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings (VAT, Income Tax, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and manage tax audits when required.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Support external audits by providing financial data and ensuring accuracy.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax roles.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills and a team player attitude.
