- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Sales Strategy and Target Achievement:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Participate in sales meetings and provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Market Knowledge and Promotion:
- Stay updated on the local real estate market, competitors, and industry trends.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and promotional activities.
- Represent Arandra Residence at property exhibitions, events, and open houses.
- Administrative Duties:
- Prepare and process sales agreements, contracts, and other documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain an organized database of leads, prospects, and client information.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
