Position Overview: As an Inhouse Sales Representative at Arandra Residence, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our exclusive apartment units. Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Customer Engagement:
    • Present and sell apartment units to potential buyers.
    • Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about the features, benefits, and pricing of the apartments.
    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Sales Strategy and Target Achievement:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Participate in sales meetings and provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Market Knowledge and Promotion:
    • Stay updated on the local real estate market, competitors, and industry trends.
    • Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and promotional activities.
    • Represent Arandra Residence at property exhibitions, events, and open houses.
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Prepare and process sales agreements, contracts, and other documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
    • Maintain an organized database of leads, prospects, and client information.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
