Responsibilities :

  • Design training and development curriculum and monitor the implementation of the program
  • Responsible in supporting BDD/ABDD/BDM in training needs
  • Supervise and develop Regional Trainers & Trainers to maximize service to Agency Forces
  • Execute performance review & planning with Trainers
  • Review analysis result of all curriculum information
  • Develop TNA & Curriculum / training road map for Agent
  • Develop training program for trainers
  • Review Leader's performance for ensuring effectiveness of training
  • Ensure quality of the Leaders and Area Trainers (post training review)
  • Develop trainers qualification, including competencies, assessment, and evaluation
  • Monitor the competence level of the training team to increase performance.
  • Improve the training program based on regular feedback

Key Requirements :

  • 10+ years’ experience in Training & development
  • Experience in the financial services/insurance industry/banking
  • emonstrate sound knowledge of adult learning practices, principles, and theories (instructional, graphical, and functional/technical).
  • Experience in Executive and high potential development and assessment
  • Project management skills with the ability to lead in a fast-paced team environment within given deadlines.
