  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

This is a full-time, on-site Academic Manager role at IELC English Campus in Solo. Academic Manager will be responsible for managing programs, groups, and students, as well as liaise with teachers and oversee student placements and their learning materials. Responsibilities include management of quality assurance, monitoring of compliance requirements and working to ensure that students get the best possible learning experience. Thus, if you are a versatile academic manager who is eager to fulfil this role and do even more, we look forward to working together with you.

Job Description

1. Dealing with student/parent’s inquiries

2. Ensuring quality of student reports

3. Ensure to the suitability of trial materials for private students

4. Manage student placements

5. Oversee the day-to-day academic operations and ensure compliance to standards

6. Report to Academic Director

7. Teaching (minimum hours)

Qualifications & Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in education management or related fields.

2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, preferably proficient in English.

3. Proficient in English, minimum TOEFL 600/IELTS 6.5

4. Strong management, multitasking, and leadership skills

5. Professional and committed

6. Experience in the education industry is a plus
