Key Responsibility

  • Handling L&D Section and Cladtek Academy Management, Department Coordination, & Group Alignment:
  • Oversee group training plans, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Develop, create, improve, or modify training-related job descriptions to meet business needs and strategy.
  • Participate in group and local management & leadership meetings and interface closely with production and projects to properly anticipate upcoming needs and requirements.
  • Establish people development references and foundations, such as the competency matrix, training matrix, training programs and curriculum, and training procedures, to be well developed and maintained.
  • Mentor L&D Specialists and L&D Officers in Training Execution Management and Training Database Management.
  • Measure and document training effectiveness.
  • Align training programs with other people management initiatives, such as (but not limited to) Manpower Planning, Succession Planning, Rotational Programs, Performance Management, and Organizational Development.
  • Standardize training programs.
  • Monitor and maintain the training budget.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Business, Management, Engineering (especially Industrial Engineering), Accounting, Administration, or Law.
  • Experience in the energy or manufacturing industry is preferable.
  • Leadership capability with a minimum of 1 year's experience in a leadership role (either structural or functional).
  • Certification in one of the Human Resources or Training areas.
  • Experience collaborating with and working in multicultural environments.
  • Experience in a multinational company is preferred.
  • Familiarity or proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe editor.
  • Fluency in business English, both written and spoken.
