Sourcing & Supply Chain Executive

PT Thai Wah Indonesia is seeking a trustworthy and passionate professional to join our team as a Sourcing & Supply Chain Executive. This role is integral to our growing business division and overall development strategy. The Sourcing & Supply Chain Executive will be responsible for sourcing raw materials to support our production facility in Sumatra. This position is based in Jakarta/Sumatra (Hybrid). The candidate will interact with suppliers, factories, logistics, and the sourcing team to ensure smooth business operations.

Scope & Responsibilities:

• Interact with suppliers and manage daily operations.
• Manage local delivery services to factories and warehouses across Indonesia.
• Monitor and prepare documentation for incoming materials and finished goods from the factory.
• Coordinate closely with the logistics team to manage stock and delivery schedules.
• Interact with external and internal company stakeholders regarding daily operations.
• Provide weekly or monthly reports as required by management.
• Follow all company procedures and policies.

Experience:

• 2-5 years of experience in sourcing and supply chain management.
• Experience in the Sumatra area is preferable.
• Experience in handling commodities and other food ingredients is an advantage.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with ease.
• Computer literacy, especially in MS Office and Excel.
