Regional Sales Representative

Ideal Candidate has to manage all the sales activity for the region.

Responsibilities

• Identify sales opportunities and secure new business.
• Present new products and obtain core range acceptance with your customers.
• Identify current and emerging market trends by market analysis to assess competitive landscapes for preparing business plan.
• Conduct sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Maintain & manage excellent customer relationship while understanding customer needs and deliver value.
• Demonstrates the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs.
• Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally.
• Prepare quotations, sales agreement and update sales activities report.
• Gather, analyze, and synthesize market data (e.g., trends, customer needs) to develop and customize sales strategies that align with future growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' sales experience in B2B sales.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong presentation skills and good closing skills.
• Strong communication skills and able to engage with people at all levels
• Able to work independently and also a strong collaborative team player.
• Strong decision making, analytics and multitasking skills.
• Open for business travel.
• Candidate with experience in home appliances/electronics domain will be an advantage.
• Independence & Initiative: Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and autonomously with minimal supervision.
