PT UD Astra Motor Indonesia is a joint venture between UD Trucks and Astra and the sole agent of UD Trucks in Indonesia. The company is responsible for importing, assembling/manufacturing, and after-sales services for UD Trucks in the Indonesian market.
Role Description
This position will be responsible for managing sales of the company and supporting our official distributor (UD Trucks Sales Operation & United Tractor) to increase the product sales. Conducting research, project, and development dealer activities. Networking with the end customer and utilizing analytical skills to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
Details of role position:
- Lead and execute sales strategy by respective area
- Monitor, control and provide guidance for sales activity in the dealers within the sales authorization & budget
- Develop sales plan and forecast
- Regularly visit customer and identity & acquire prospect customers
- Coordinate with dealers on various business aspect i.e. marketing activities, customer database, win-loss data analysis, managing inventory customer financial management, etc
- Drive and implement sales system and processes
- Coordinate and support Network Development and AM team to ensure proper MRC (Market Release Criteria) implementation at dealer branches and sites
- Responsible and managing the sales discount support properly within the budget
Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor degree from all major
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in Sales (Preferable from Truck industry)
- Understand customers, build a strong relationship with customers and good negotiation skill
- Have strong business insight, analytical thinking and market development
- Fluent English both oral and written
- Good attitude, honest and strong integrity
- Wiling to be placed in Sunter, North Jakarta
