Are you passionate about international education and student recruitment?

We’re looking for a dynamic Student Recruitment Manager to join our team in Indonesia. You'll play a key role in recruiting students to our top UK, US, and Australian universities. As part of a global team, you'll manage educational agent partnerships, support prospective students, and help shape future leaders by offering them access to world-class education.

What You'll Do:

Sales Management:

• Develop and execute an annual business plan to achieve recruitment targets for UK, US, and Australian programs.
• Manage key relationships with educational agents and actively grow the market presence.
• Provide training, updates, and counselling to students, agents, and parents, supporting them from inquiry to enrollment.
• Organise both online and in-person student conversion activities.

Marketing:

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and exhibitions to promote our programs.
• Coordinate and manage content for social media and digital channels.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure relevant materials and resources are available for effective promotion.

Customer Service:

• Liaise with central admissions to ensure a seamless application process for students.
• Maintain excellent communication with all stakeholders, including educational agents and university partners.
• Continuously improve customer service levels and ensure a smooth journey for students from inquiry to enrollment.

• You have a proven track record in student recruitment or sales, with experience managing relationships with educational agents.
• You are proactive, results-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• You excel in communication and relationship-building, with a customer-centric approach.
• You’re flexible with working hours, willing to travel, and excited to be part of an international team.
