The Recruitment Specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and efficient hiring of top talent. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job roles and hiring needs.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using a variety of channels.
  • Conduct interviews, both technical and behavioral, to assess candidate fit.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, focusing on SAP & Salesforce recruitment.
  • Assist in refining recruitment strategies and processes to meet the evolving needs of the business.
  • Participate in employer branding activities to attract top talent.
  • Provide regular recruitment reports and metrics to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Psychology or a related field)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the IT consulting industry.
  • Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce recruitment is a plus.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of how recruitment impacts business outcomes.
  • Proven track record in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring IT professionals.
  • Experience with various recruitment tools, ATS systems, and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
