Position: Cost Control Supervisor

Location: Site PT Indonesia Weda Bay Industrial Park, North Maluku.

Overview:

We are looking for a Financial Analyst Supervisor to join our comprehensive mining program, which involves managing over 10 pits and multiple external contractors. You will work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, focusing on cost tracking, budgeting, and financial data analysis. This role offers continuous learning opportunities, including access to LinkedIn Learning Programs, to explore the latest methods in Big Data, Financial Analytics, and Business Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cost Tracking and Reporting: Centralize all WBN department costing, support the cost control team, and ensure accurate month-end closeouts.
  • Budget Management: Assist in developing annual budgets and rolling forecast plans.
  • Contractor Performance Monitoring: Ensure contractors meet obligations under agreements, including labor and equipment mobilization.
  • Collaboration: Work with department managers, superintendents, finance, and accounting teams to generate regular cost reports.
  • Continuous Improvement: Enhance WBN cost control management processes and maintain databases.
  • Financial Data Analysis: Provide financial reports for commercial and contractual correspondence.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English and/or Mandarin at a professional level.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Commerce.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial, construction, or resource industries, with leadership roles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of SQL or other database management tools is an advantage.
