Job Description:

  • Identify and research potential borrowers
  • Conduct pre-analysis and profiling of prospective borrowers and their industry
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting borrowers’ objectives
  • Acquiring new potential borrowers and maintaining good connections with the borrowers
  • Manage the end-to-end process of acquisition and incubation of potential borrowers (including but not limited to, leads generation, cold contact, and onboarding)
  • Help borrowers become familiar with the platform and its features
  • Maintain quality service and cooperation with borrowers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing borrowers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales or other business-related fields
  • Experience at least 1-2 years in banking and/or financial industries
  • Strong communication skills & organizational skills
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and general computer use
  • Ability to effectively manage competing deadlines for projects in a high-pressure work environment, with varying degrees of supervision
