Job Description:
- Identify and research potential borrowers
- Conduct pre-analysis and profiling of prospective borrowers and their industry
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting borrowers’ objectives
- Acquiring new potential borrowers and maintaining good connections with the borrowers
- Manage the end-to-end process of acquisition and incubation of potential borrowers (including but not limited to, leads generation, cold contact, and onboarding)
- Help borrowers become familiar with the platform and its features
- Maintain quality service and cooperation with borrowers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing borrowers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales or other business-related fields
- Experience at least 1-2 years in banking and/or financial industries
- Strong communication skills & organizational skills
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and general computer use
- Ability to effectively manage competing deadlines for projects in a high-pressure work environment, with varying degrees of supervision
