- Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- A creative mindset when it comes to employer branding.
- Great communication skills and a team player attitude.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or similar degree
- 1-2 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in an IT company
- Certification obtained from the HR Certification Institute would be advantageous
