Minimum Qualifications:

  • MUST HAVE work experience in talent acquisition for IT industry
  • Familiarity with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • A creative mindset when it comes to employer branding.
  • Great communication skills and a team player attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or similar degree
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in an IT company
  • Certification obtained from the HR Certification Institute would be advantageous
