  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a contract role for a Project Manager located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Project Manager will be responsible for expediting projects, managing inspections, overseeing logistics, and ensuring efficient project management on-site.

Requirement :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience managing HRIS projects, application development projects, and other IT-related initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing projects through the full lifecycle (initiation to closure).
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and application development processes.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana).
  • Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification is a plus
  • Agile or Scrum certifications are a plus.
