As a Business Development Specialist, you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of spatial technology.
Your responsibilities will include building and managing a highly talented sales team focused on driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration in the Enterprise market.
The ideal candidate will possess a sales management background that enables them to lead a team of senior enterprise sales representatives with engagements at the CXO level.
Job Responsibilities:
- A hunter, reach potential clients to explain company products and encourage purchases.
- Build and maintain long-term relations with clients.
- Manage, develop strategies and improve existing sales proposals.
- Lead in the execution of sales and marketing plans to effectively promote and sell BVT products.
- Research current market trends and making a note of customer requirements
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.
Job Requirements:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree and minimum 2 years of proven working experience in related fields.
- Experienced in GIS is a plus point
- Have a background working in Technology, Banking, or Financial Industry.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual.
- Native proficiency in Bahasa, fluent in English
