Job Description：
1. Market Analysis and Research: Conduct competitive research and analyze industry trends. Track and analyze the needs of hospital clients and market trends to provide input for product development and market strategies.
2. Marketing and Brand Building: Responsible for product training for sales and regional markets, organizing marketing activities such as exhibitions, brand building, and promotion, and providing product support to sales and regional teams.
3. Customer Maintenance: Expand and maintain key expert and hospital resources, manage relationships with key regional end-users, provide training and enablement, and establish and maintain window hospitals within the region.
4. Participation in Clinical Trial Planning and Execution: Participate in developing and executing clinical trial plans to validate product clinical performance.
5. Technical Support: Understand customer clinical applications and needs, resolve customer issues, and address after-sales product problems.
Job Requirements :
1. 2-3 years of experience in immunology or relevant clinical medical experience.
2. Bachelor's degree or higher in medicine, biology, pharmacy, or related fields.
3. Strong communication, expression, and execution skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
4. Clinical background in POCT products and immunoassay products like chemiluminescence is preferred.
