  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a Technical Success Manager to join our Product Team. You will be helping understand customer’s technical needs and achieve their goals. This will ultimately help the customer benefit tremendously from the use of Jublia’s Technology. If you have excellent client management skills and a passion for technology, we would like to meet you.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Provide technical guidance to clients and partners; Develop solutions to address on-going technical client requirements with the aim of growing product usage.
  2. Define, develop, manage, and document projects schedule/milestones, proactively drive project related issues to appropriate resolution and plan for contingencies due to production related risks.
  3. Measure project performance to identify areas of improvement.
  4. Develop strong cross-functional relationships which enable the team to look forward and plan interdepartmental tasks without friction.
  5. Devise and implement processes and tools to improve cross-department communication and efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Experience in technical stacks such as Python and Agile Methodologies.
  2. Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, documentation, and communication skills.
  3. Organized, detail oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-pacedenvironment.
  4. Self-motivated with strong communication and time management skills.
  5. Experience seeing projojects through the full lifecycle.
  6. Proven ability to complete projojects according to the outlined scope and timeline.
  7. Willingness to work in multiple time zones as our clients operate around the world.
  8. Fluent in written and spoken Business English.
  9. Familiar with API.
