About the Role:

As Product Manager you will develop and implement marketing operational plan for the designated product portfolio; monitor application and achievement of marketing programs; manage product lifecycle within the designated products as well as the prevailing local regulations and corporate policy with the objective of fulfilling the sales target of the designated product within the approved promotional budget.

What will you do:

1. Strategy & Analysisa. Autonomosly analyze market demand, product sales information, competitor data; propose sales target and market positioning of each product; ensure product mix and appropriateness of the activities are in line with worldwide guidelines in order to cultivate market of the designated products.

2. Promotional Strategy and Implementation a. Monitor promotional programs; develop promotional materials, presentational materials as well as supporting data in coordination with the related departments; manage and implement activities such as symposium and presentations within the approved budget in order to ensure products promotion through increased knowledge and awareness of illnesses to the medical representative (Doctors) and laymen.

3. Reportinga. Prepare status report of marketing program activities and key message on every activities in the market as required in order to provide up to date information to direct superior and related departments.

4. Internal and External Relationshipa. Build good relations with related departments; provide feedback and directions to sales department regarding marketing strategy implementation.b. To establish and maintain relationships with vendors to help facilitate the timely completion of projects in order to promote solid team work and ensure sales target achievement.

5. Product Developmenta. To direct and perform all aspects of product development, product changes and product promotions including development procedures, specifying components, packaging and header design, product positioning, pricing, catalog and sell sheet copy, training aides and point of purchase merchandisers in order to ensure product mix and appropriateness of the activities are in line company's objective.

6. Budget Managementa. Develop budget plan of designated product based on marketing plan; control expenses against budget, produce periodical reports in order to ensure effectiveness and realization of budget as well as adherence with the appropriate budget control procedures.

7. New Product Launching Project a. Develop plans for new products launching in coordination with related departments in order to ensure successful launch and on time delivery of new products

8. Customer Relationshipa. Ensure good relations through marketing activities of education program provided to medical professionals and laymen; participate in medical symposium and congress; initiate contact and regular visits to key opinion leaders in order to build strong relations with customers as well as increasing their knowledge on illnesses and medications.

9. Product Handlinga. Prepare and send mail to pharmacies in terms of product and branding maintenance such as product handling information, withdrawal of products, new packaging information in order to ensure proper product maintenance in pharmacies
