Responsibilities:

RECRUITMENT

1. Oversee the management of the recruiting process including position, recruitment channel, budget control, monitor and implementation;

2. Optimize and improve Interview process to make the fulfillment of massive positions in time;

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

1. Create an effective Performance Management mechanism to measure and improve employee performance continually;

2. Strict implementation of attendance policies and memos;

PAYROLL / COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

1. Approve and process payroll every pay out, make sure tax, insurance contribution is updated;

2. Ensure that company and government mandated benefits are implemented accordingly;

EMPLOYEE RELATIONSHIP

1. Formulation of policies and procedures for the respective department, ensure that all procedures concerning promotion, transfer and staff resignation is carried on within Company policy and within legal boundaries;

2. Planning, coordinating and executing employee activities and events to maintain a positive relationship with staff;

3. Responsible to solve the employee dispute as company ‘s presentative;

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, 5 years experiences at least, must be familiar with local recruitment market and process the massive recruitment more than 3 years;

2. Good communication skills in Indonesian and English. Prefer the candidate who can speak mandarin;

3. Work ability, result oriented, strong self-drive ability;

4. Experience in consumer finance company is preferred. Have rich experience on offline team like: insurance/sales, hire at least 100 people for 1 year;
