Job Description:

  • Respond to customer general inquiries with great service and support.
  • Maintaining client’s data base, categorization and landmark transactions.
  • Managing client opening files and process.
  • Correspondence, record and archive documents related to client's service.
  • Conducting marketing activities of the firm.
  • Writing comprehensively the works undertaken by the firm and manage the materials for the domestic and international publications.
  • Manage and update content website & social media activities of the firm

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university majoring in Management, Public Relation and/or Marketing Communication.
  • Fluent in English business Correspondence both oral and written is a must.
  • Have expertise in copy writing
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in client service, marketing and/or social communication related field.
  • Pleasant personality, good appearance and great communication skills.
  • Having experience working in marketing or social media is a plus.
  • Self-starter, dynamic and highly motivated individual who is able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Dynamic, confident, highly initiative person who able to work under pressure.
  • Demonstrate excellent computer skills (Email, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point), handle social media.
