This Role Is Responsible For

  • Contribute to creating marketing strategies for the assigned brands.
  • Plan & implement ATL, BTL & Digital activities such as production communication material, instore activation, event activation, sponsorship, sampling, digital campaign, etc.
  • To organize, attend & supervise marketing related activities or events.
  • Liaise with all stakeholders both internal & external to make sure all the marketing initiative is running well.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Brand Manager in planning, implementing and evaluating his/ her assigned brands (ATL, BTL & Digital) activities such as production video, events, sampling, promotional activities, digital campaign.
  • Assist Brand Manager to monitor and review marketing spending on a regular basis.
  • Monitor & analyze internal sales data on a regular basis.
  • Co-work with respective sales team for promotional mechanism, trade promotion & all instore activities.
  • Liaise with external parties (i.e. vendors, agencies, EO, etc.) to execute marketing activities.
  • Involved and liaise with relevant team to ensure New Product Development is progressed as planned.
  • Contributes to Conceptualizing and initiating marketing campaigns in all channels & platforms such as Offline consumer promotion, Digital campaign (social media, influencers, media placement, etc.).
  • Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, competitors’ activities, conversion rate, KPI, etc.) to help sharpen marketing strategies in the future.
  • Regularly do market visit to check availability, visibilities & competitor activities to gain insight for reviewing and crafting marketing plan.
