We are seeking a dynamic and creative Senior Event Conceptualizations Manager to lead the conceptualization of innovative and engaging events. This position will be responsible for developing visionary concepts for a wide range of events. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and project management skills to craft unique event experiences that align with our clients' goals and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Concept Development: Design and develop creative event concepts that align with client objectives and brand identity, ensuring a unique and memorable experience.
  • Proposal Creation: Create and refine presentations material for client meetings and pitches.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements, translating these into actionable event concepts and themes.
  • Team Leadership: Lead brainstorming sessions and manage a team of event planners and designers to bring concepts to life, ensuring seamless execution from ideation to completion.
  • Budget Management: Oversee budget considerations related to conceptual elements, ensuring creative solutions are both innovative and cost-effective.
  • Sales Material Customisation: Tailor sales materials, including presentations and brochures, to specific client needs.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to gather relevant market insight, competitor analysis and client information.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to infuse fresh and innovative ideas into event concepts.
  • Client Interaction: Present concepts and proposal to clients and make necessary adjustments based on feedback, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in event management, with a strong focus on concept development and creative design.
  • Exceptional creativity and a strong portfolio of event concepts; proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
  • Strong ability to design and present engaging, polished, and professional event proposals and presentations
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English is essential for clear and effective communication with clients and team members.
