We are looking for an SEO writer with experience in food and recipe blogging to join our team to help grow the site Intentional Hospitality. We are looking for someone who enjoys and is proficient in creating website/blog content with a human touch and can explain how to make a recipe in a fun and conversational tone.

Skills Needed
Comfortable using content optimizing tools to write keyword phrase driven content with a natural 1st person tone.
A basic understanding of how to write recipe content blog posts
Experience using WordPress Gutenberg
Experience with Google Docs and Sheets
High-quality written English skills without the help of ChatGPT or AI. Verification of C2 mastery.
Works well independently and is motivated by a clear task list.
Learns quickly and can follow video or written tutorials.
Pays close attention to detail and ensures high standards of accuracy.
Is proactive and willing to ask questions to clarify tasks rather than guessing.
Flexible working hours, but with at least 1-2 hours of overlap with GMT-5 (EST) to communicate directly in real-time via Slack or Zoom if needed.
Starting wage: $5/hour for part-time (20 hours) but could turn into full-time (40 hours) with advancement in pay.
The first week is a paid trial/training period to ensure a smooth workflow and assess compatibility.
