Key Responsibilities

  • Implement an end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, attracting, selecting and hiring top talent in the market
  • Recognize and strive to meet company's hiring needs
  • Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies
  • Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for current open roles
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Counsel the candidates on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment
  • Screen applicants to create shortlists of qualified candidates
  • Assess applicants to match the candidates to job positions
  • Conduct offering after candidates accepted by users and HR Management
  • Arrange Medical Checking of candidates
  • Liaise with HR Contract Administrator for preparing the contract agreement
  • Liaise with HR Development to arrange induction for new hires
  • Input and update all hiring data on the applicant tracking systems or recruitment software
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Human Resources/related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in full cycle recruitment processes, including recruitment of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously
  • Good knowledge of recruitment processes, candidates sourcing and selection methods
  • Computer literate, familiarity with applicant tracking systems or recruitment software
  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
  • Ability to multitask with excellent task organizing skills
  • Pleasant personality with strong values and principles, adherence to fair hiring practices
  • Work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Good English both spoken and written
  • Readiness to work in Pademangan, North Jakarta
