You will be part of the early team to shape and accelerate the company's growth and be involved in the entire demand generation sales process, from early prospecting to engaging and creating opportunities. You are

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in an SDR or Demand Generation role (Fresh Grads are welcomed, too)
  • Hungry, thick skin, and driven individual - the role will require you to be resourceful, sourcing for leads and opportunities to land the first meetings with the targeted accounts
  • Hunter, outbound focused. The one who always wants to win in team games/ sports.
  • The person who always organises gatherings amongst your friend group.
  • A person who likes to make work fun, challenging and meaningful.
  • A consistent individual who overachieves quota (top 5-10% of the company) in past positions.
  • (Bonus) Experienced in HR/ Productivity solutions for the F&B/Retail/ blue-collar workspace.

  • Acquire and develop sales opportunities through a combination of channels, including but not limited to referrals, networking, cold calls, social media, content, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Coordinate and work on demand generation activities such as organising events, devising creative ideas, and using tools to reach prospects.
  • Take part in demand generation activities (i.e. TikTok videos, joining events, customer visitation)
  • Assist the Sales leader and members in outreaches.
  • Build a lasting relationship with decision-makers to maintain the possibility of future sales.
  • Diligently fill CRM and collate personal sales stats to optimise the sales funnel.
