We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Data Analyst Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for compiling, analyzing, and reporting sales data to drive informed business decisions. This role involves identifying business opportunities through data analysis, monitoring sales performance, and providing insights to enhance sales strategies.

The Sales Data Analyst Manager will also oversee the calculation of sales team bonuses, review internal processes for improvement, and propose target sales objectives. Additionally, this role involves developing and maintaining complex databases and management information systems, as well as leading a team to provide analytical support for the Sales department. Strong communication skills are essential for effectively communicating results and recommendations to key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  1. Extract business insights and build analytical views from raw data or dashboards to drive business.
  2. Review and propose target sales objectives.
  3. Understand and review internal processes to ensure improvement solutions are delivered and automated environments are built.
  4. Develop and maintain complex databases and management information systems with effective data mart design, structure, and processes.
  5. Use data to design and build complex reports and insights for the business.
  6. Provide calculations and insights for sales incentives.
  7. Lead the team to provide customized reporting and recommendations to support ongoing business decisions or initiatives.
  8. Communicate results to key stakeholders to support informed business decisions by providing in-depth analysis and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales data analysis and management.
  • Having background or exposure in Banking, Financial Services is a plus
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Macro VBA, SQL, and BI tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership experience is preferred.
