Position: Key Account Executive
What Will You Do
- Create & ensure sales plan & strategy (Daily, monthly, yearly, & seasonal).
- Ensure target achievement like: improving user experience, increasing website traffic & sales, developing brand loyalty.
- Maintain relationship with brand & platform.
- Ensure availability of store merchandise and store services still on high standards.
- Maintain operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program, operational and personnel policies and procedures.
- Maintain stock availability & supervise purchase order.
- Maintain the stability and reputation of the store.
- Daily platform monitoring.
- Find more opportunities for brand to growing more in Online.
- Execute ad campaigns on search engines and other websites and research and implement the latest digital marketing strategies using social media.
- Monitoring effectiveness of marketing plan, content and design.
- Final decision makes for hard complaint & issue.
What You Will Need
- Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree in any field.
- Max. 30 years old.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin will be plus.
- At least 1 Year of working experience in handling e-commerce store.
- Advanced in Microsoft office (excel and power point) skills.
