We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HRGA Officer who is passionate about people. HRGA Officer should be someone who is a structured individual and has a knack for planning, organizing, and staffing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and administer employee policies
- Understands talent management & retention
- Gives culture-building immense importance and can accordingly define people fitment
- Can do performance reviews and vision mapping for the employees with clearly defined KPIs
- Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience
- Handle Payroll and understand compensation and benefits.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with employment to ensure the selection of the most qualified candidates
- Identify ways to improve policies and procedures
Requirements :
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline, having experiences in Advertising Agency or start-up is a plus
- 1+ years experience in HRGA
- Expertise in HR policies and procedures
- Strong knowledge of hiring processes
- Strong knowledge about Compensation and benefit, BPJS, Income Tax, Labor laws
- Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused attitude, with a high level of professionalism and discretion
- Excellent communication skills
