Job Description:
- Coordinating and arranging all human resource activities on site to support company operational
- Coordinating HRGA operational activities on the project, including attendance issue, employee medical, periodic leave arrangement & etc
- Responsible to prevailing company and government laws and regulations (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan)
- Monitor and Coordinate the process of recruiting and selecting non staff candidates to meet manpower needs based on budget approved
- Responsible to ensure all general affairs service are provided in accordance with company policy (Camp Facilities, Transportation & etc)
- Conduct People Development program and become the centre point of Training & Development activity
- Conduct Payroll Activities for site project. (Responsible to calculate Salary, Tax, Overtime and allowance)
- Coordinating industrial relations tasks, including establishing good relations with (Muspida, Disnakertrans, Adat leaders & etc)
- Coordinating community social tasks according to the company’s interests for the development of socio-economic condition of local communities
