  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

  • Coordinating and arranging all human resource activities on site to support company operational
  • Coordinating HRGA operational activities on the project, including attendance issue, employee medical, periodic leave arrangement & etc
  • Responsible to prevailing company and government laws and regulations (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan)
  • Monitor and Coordinate the process of recruiting and selecting non staff candidates to meet manpower needs based on budget approved
  • Responsible to ensure all general affairs service are provided in accordance with company policy (Camp Facilities, Transportation & etc)
  • Conduct People Development program and become the centre point of Training & Development activity
  • Conduct Payroll Activities for site project. (Responsible to calculate Salary, Tax, Overtime and allowance)
  • Coordinating industrial relations tasks, including establishing good relations with (Muspida, Disnakertrans, Adat leaders & etc)
  • Coordinating community social tasks according to the company’s interests for the development of socio-economic condition of local communities
