Recruitment Staff

Job Desc:

1. Conducting the sourcing process

2. Conducting the screening and inviting process

3. Conducting the selection process (psychological tests and interviews)

4. Making psychological reports

5. Conducting end to end administration of recruitment process documents including project reports

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00

2. Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment Outsourcing or Mass Hiring is preferred

3. ⁠Enthusiastic and independent in working

4. Good communication skills and interest in doing administrative work

5. ⁠Willing to be placed at PT Karyaputra Suryagemilang (member of ATIC Holding), located in Graha Anabatic, Gading Serpong, South Tangerang
