Role Description

As a Software Account Manager at DataOn, you will play a pivotal role in driving software sales, managing customer accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Drive software sales through effective prospecting, qualifying, and closing techniques.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability.
  • Manage existing customer accounts to foster long-term relationships.
  • Identify and address customer needs and pain points.
  • Proactively upsell and cross-sell software solutions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the tech industry is a plus.
  • Proven experience in software sales or B2B sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record in sales and account management.
  • Knowledge of software solutions and industry trends.
