  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.

Job Description
  • Actively seek out and evaluate new vendors for direct, indirect, and general needs, ensuring they offer competitive pricing and high quality while meeting the standards and regulations.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with suppliers, handling contract negotiations and performance management.
  • Manage and oversee the purchasing processes of the goods to ensure the company's operational needs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimise procurement costs while maintaining quality.
  • Set up and maintain effective inventory systems to ensure medical and non-medical supplies are available when needed, without excessive stock.
  • Work with relevant departments to develop contingency plans for critical supply shortages.
  • Ensure all procurement activities are legally compliant and ethically sound, and address any risks in the supply chain effectively.
  • Establish KPIs for the team to ensure procurement targets are met.


The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a procurement supervisor or 2 years in the management team
  • Has handled raw material for food or commodities previously
  • Strong knowledge of both direct and indirect procurement categories.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Strong financial acumen with an understanding of budgeting and cost control.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and medical procurement standards.
