Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in L1 end user support and quality assurance.

Proven proficiency in SQL, working with relational database systems.

Experience in software development life cycle with Scrum methodology and tools like Jira, Notion, or Trello.

Strong analytical skills and experience in manipulating and interpreting large datasets.

Experience in developing and maintaining sales pipelines.

Familiarity with SaaS business models and key performance metrics (e.g., churn, MRR, CAC).

Experience with invoice analysis for spend management is highly preferred.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
