Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Engineering/Mechanical Engineering field
- Experience as General affairs (used to manage service cleaning, security, technicians) or experience in hospital 1 at least 1 year as chief engineer / supervisor
- Excellent English language spoken as well as written
- Proficient in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Have high level of enthusiasm and initiative in terms of operations
- Able to manage budget
- Able to work under high pressure or load
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Have ability to build strong cooperation with both internally and externally parties
- Service oriented, positive attitude, and adaptive to changes
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to the Key Account Manager or Key Account Segment in ensuring quality in the management and maintenance of facilities and services provided to clients and users
- Responsible for budget management & make a monthly report regarding spending versus budget (P&L)
- Every mid-year and end of year, there is a review of the quality and budget. Based on the results of periodic reviews of these KPIs, FC needs to take corrective action if deviations are found.
- Ability to analyzed the root of problems and potential risks so that they are able to provide solutions and recommendations that meet client expectations.
- Has the role of developing strategies and policies to achieve the goals of the organization by planning, directing and coordinating daily operational activities
- Able to explain policies and decisions to all parties, both internal and external
- Coordinates intensively both internally and externally and carries out governance discipline consistently.
