  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position: Fresh Graduate Development Program (FGDP) - Power Plant

Location: Site PT Indonesia Weda Bay Industrial Park, North Maluku.

Program Overview:

The Fresh Graduate Development Program (FGDP) is designed for recent graduates who wish to develop a career in power plant operations within the mining industry. Participants will receive intensive training and hands-on work experience in our power plant, gaining the technical and managerial skills needed to become proficient professionals in the industry.

Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate (Fresh Graduate) with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Internship experience in coal-fired power plants (PLTU) or solar power plants (PLTS) is a plus.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Interest in power plant operations and maintenance.
  • Ability to adapt in a multicultural work environment and work effectively in a team.
  • Highly motivated to learn and develop.
