  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing both a production facility and a team. They should be able to analyze each step of the manufacturing process and make effective use of resources to deliver desired outcomes.

As Plant Manager, you need to :

  • Create, control and evaluate Material Requirement Planning (MRP) to ensure facile production process, timely receipt of raw materials and prevent running out of production materials/raw materials.
  • Create, control and evaluate the Master Production Schedule (MPS) periodically to ensure fulfillment of orders from the Sales Department and fulfillment of buffer stock.
  • Plan and control the availability of raw materials and machine readiness in the factory to ensure quality products are produced and the Monthly Purchase Order is met precisely.
  • Control the accuracy of man power, machine downtime and rejects during the production process to increase production efficiency.
  • Control machine readiness in production including machine repair and maintenance to minimize rejects during production.
  • Implementing a quality and food safety management system to ensure the products produced comply with established standards.
  • Plan, develop, implement and evaluate the implementation of training and activities related to increase knowledge and skills of the team member.

Qualifications that need to this position :

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field
  • 3+ years of experience in field
  • Have Knowledge about Legality, Food Safety Management System, and Employment Regulations
  • Experience in plant management and manufacturing operations
  • Strong communication, management and supervisory skills
  • Willing to be placed at Teuku Umar, Bali
