We are looking for a skillful marketer to help us listen better, be more agile and continually look for ways to deliver real value to all our stakeholders, internal and external, and across the region.

This role sits within the Business Marketing team in TikTok, bringing diverse content solutions to our industry partners/advertisers across SEA. The content solutions would be around 1) Key Calendar moments, 2) TikTok IPs, 3)Customized Projects for advertisers and 4) 3rd Party IPs.

This position requires the candidate to be strong at creating value added content solutions to unlock revenue, be comfortable communicating with multiple cross-functional teams & to media plan with both TikTok standard and non-standard resources/placements. The ideal candidate is strong-self starter with the ability to strategically analyze and evaluate the innovative business model of TikTok for Business.

Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for xfn teams communication, discovering revenue opportunities to initiate creative commercial projects, and providing project monetization solution to the sales team.
2. Drive advertising revenue growth by enabling sales with content solution packages for key calendar moments, IPs, & Always on unique partnership opportunities.
3. Drive end to end responsibilities of releasing a package & see through the execution of customized packages.
4. Having a clear understanding of how we are leveraging multiple content business models to drive overall revenue for TikTok for Business across our organic and paid assets.
5. Brainstorm new sponsored content partnership opportunities and strive to develop into an actual commercialization package.
6. Responsible for project related trainings and presentations both internally and externally.
7. Work with the sales team to manage client expectations, maintaining good client relationships.
8. General information & project management and reporting.
