Job Overview:

We are seeking an Investment Relations Manager with 10+ years of experience organizing international development funding. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in securing funding for large-scale real estate developments, with an established network of private investors, financial institutions, and international partners. This role requires expertise in navigating complex financial structures and a deep understanding of global investment trends, particularly in property developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to secure funding from private investors and financial institutions for large-scale property developments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, private equity firms, and institutional investors.
• Identify and connect with potential investors, presenting compelling investment opportunities in our projects.
• Negotiate and structure investment deals, ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations.
• Work closely with senior management to align funding strategies with company goals and project timelines.
• Prepare investment presentations, offering memorandums, and financial reports to engage and attract potential investors.
• Stay up to date on global investment trends, particularly in real estate, to identify new opportunities for capital raising.
• Provide expert advice on funding mechanisms, risk management, and financial planning for large-scale developments.
• Collaborate with legal teams to draft and review contracts and investment agreements.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in securing international development funding, with a strong focus on real estate projects.
• A proven track record in raising capital from private investors, institutional investors, and other financial entities.
• Extensive knowledge of real estate financing structures, investment vehicles, and international financial markets.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to structure complex financial deals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage investors and stakeholders effectively.
• Existing network of investors, private equity firms, and financial institutions is highly desirable.
• Ability to work autonomously, while also collaborating closely with the company’s leadership team.
• Familiarity with Indonesian property laws and investment regulations is a plus.
