Job Description:

As a Hotel Revenue Management Leader, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing revenue, profitability, and market share. You will develop and implement pricing strategies, analyze market trends, and work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve financial goals. This position requires a strategic thinker with a passion for data-driven decision-making and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute revenue management strategies to maximize room revenue and market share.

- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and demand patterns to adjust pricing strategies.

- Monitor and optimize distribution channels, including OTAs, direct bookings, and corporate accounts.

- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue strategies with overall business goals.

- Conduct regular performance analysis and generate reports on key metrics such as RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy rates.

- Identify and implement opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and packaging to enhance revenue streams.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in revenue management and pricing strategies.

- Lead and mentor a team of revenue analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.

- 2-5 years of experience in hotel revenue management or a related role.

- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and optimizing pricing strategies.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

- Proficiency in revenue management systems (e.g., Duetto, IDeaS, etc.) and property management systems (PMS).

- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management abilities.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
