Job description :
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements (e.g., talent agreements, sponsorship
contracts, brand ambassadorship agreement, KOL/influencer agreements, partnership
agreements, and vendor contracts);
• Ensure all legal documentation complies with company policies, industry standards, and
regulatory requirements;
• Provide legal advice and support to various departments, including sales and finance
department.
• Manage intellectual property (IP) matters, including copyrights and usage rights for talents
and brands.
• Assist in dispute resolution and handle legal claims, if necessary
• Maintain corporate legal records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Provide risk management advice to minimize legal exposure and ensure the protection of
company interests.
• Stay updated on legal developments in advertising, media, and IP law.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (S.H.) or equivalent;
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience;
• Strong knowledge of contract law, intellectual property law, and commercial law;
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills;
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines;
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills;
• A team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
