Job Title: Quality Assurance (Document Controller)

Location: TechnicoFlor Indonesia, Karawaci Factory

Position Overview: Document Controller is responsible to maintain the documentation of company's management system and manage company's SOPs. Ensuring the company's SOPs is well implemented and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update company's Standard Operational Procedure regularly

- Ensure factory management documentation is well implemented

- Control the distribution of internal and external documents

- Assist and ensure SOP is well implemented in the factory

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (accepting fresh graduate).

- Experience: Previous experience in a relevant industry is advantageous.

- Training: Have participated in ISO 9001 and Halal management training (or equivalent).

Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Fluent in speaking, writing, reading in English
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills
  • Proactive in developing company's quality management activities
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Able to operate microsoft application

Working Conditions:

Full-time position with standard working hours (08:00 - 17:00)

Placement in Karawaci, Kota Tangerang
