  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

  • Oversee the recruitment process to ensure it meets user needs, is accurate, and is completed on time. Negotiate salaries with selected candidates.
  • Ensure accurate and timely calculation and payment of salaries, insurance, and BPJS contributions. Verify all related HR payments and manage employee attendance data.
  • Ensure all HR administrative tasks (manual and HRIS) are completed correctly and on time. Collaborate with other departments on HR-related processes and address issues or complaints promptly.
  • Offer coaching and counseling to employees, and provide feedback to management on employment policies and practices.
  • Analyze and evaluate recruitment, company branding, private insurance, and outsourced employee management. Update company policies to align with regulations and represent the company in employment matters with the Legal Department.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field from a reputable university.
  • At least 5 years in an HR leadership role, preferably in the Manufacture/Distributor/Retail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Must have strong integrity.
  • Willing to Full WFO in Pademangan, North Jakarta
