About the Company:

Our client is a leading Edutech company in Indonesia who focuses primarily on language courses and is looking to increase its market presence by focusing on user acquisition through digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for handling Performance marketing across all channels and funnels.
  • Creating strategies for Digital/Performance marketing in order to achieve growth and user acquisition.
  • Responsible for Digital ad optimization (Emphasis on SEM/Paid Ads)
  • Handling and managing the Digital marketing budget
  • Responsible for creating strategy and planning to achieve targeted ROAS
  • Strategizing and executing Digital Marketing Campaigns on order to drive market visibility and growth
  • Conducting market research in order to understand competitor landscape, current trends and growth opportunities.


Key Requirements:

  • Must have a minimum of 5+ years of working experience in Performance/Growth/Digital Marketing
  • Bachelors degree is a must.
  • Experience in handling B2C marketing is a must.
  • Background working in Fintech, Edutech, E-commerce and Insuretech is preferred.
  • Experience in handling SEM/Paid Ads. Ability to handle Social Media and SEO is a plus.
  • Possesses great communication skills. Proficiency in both English and Bahasa is preferred.
  • A data driven individual with the ability to analyze and translate data effectively.
  • A smart strategic thinker, who is able to act as the "Think tank"
