Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that SOP and WI are running well
• Become a key contact person related to transportation for customers
• Ensure that customer orders are implemented according to customer requests
• Make KPI reports and oversee the achievement of KPIs to be achieved in accordance with the agreement with the customer
• Provide feedback on vendor performance and recommended actions to the VM team and superiors
• Coordinate with transporters to raise issues in the field
• Prepare accrual reports to be able to monitor financial performance (P&L)
• Ensure POD documents are not delayed
• Provide direction and training to the team
• Build safety awareness to the team

We are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Transport, Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics Transport Operations
• At least 5 years of experience in route planning and transport costing
• Proficiency in SAP systems.
• Strong understanding of P&L reporting and financial management.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and operational efficiency.

This role will be based in Bekasa, Indonesia.
