Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that TMS targets are achieved
• Ensure safety to achieve zero fatality
• Develop transportation network
• Provide solutions related to business development
• Ensure that the digitalization transformation process in TMS is on target
• Become a company representative in discussing business and financial opportunities related to TMS
• Ensure TMS runs efficiently in terms of costs and operational processes
• Provide direction regarding vendor management and ensure the highest margins
• Develop competitive transportation service products
• Provide training and direction to the team for self-development

We are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Transport, Logistics or related field
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Logistics Transport Operations
• Strong understanding of P&L reporting and financial management
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and operational efficiency
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills

This role will be based in Bekasa, Indonesia.
