Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Academic Talent Management at Orbit Future Academy. The Academic Talent Management Specialist is responsible for designing and implementing strategies to recruit, develop, and retain top academic talent. This role works closely with academic leadership to ensure that faculty and researchers are supported in their professional development, career progression, and overall engagement. The role requires a deep understanding of academic environments and the unique challenges faced in academic career management.

Responsibilities:

  • Approach prospective clients from various industries
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client companies to understand their hiring needs and company culture
  • Consult with clients on staffing requirements, job descriptions, and candidate profiles
  • Conduct market research to understand competitive landscape and recommendation to clients
  • Meet and exceed recruitment targets and key performance indicators (KPI)
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment activities, progress, and challenges
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of program participants, ensuring eficient candidate matching and tracking with the database
  • Conduct a comprehensive 1-on-1 career coaching sessions weekly, offering guidance on resume building and interview
  • Preparation, and professional development strategies to increase the probability of placement
  • Improving the engagement rate with graduates through the official Orbit Jobs' Telegram channel by sharing information about job vacancies, tips & trick on how to build a good resume, etc

Qualification :

  • Bachelor Degree from any discipline (Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Psychology etc)
  • Experience 1-2 years as business development in recruitment services / headhunter company will be advantages
  • Must fluent with english communication
  • Passionate in B2B and high sense of self driven
  • Able to identify and attract prospective clients from various source
  • Strong in analytical thinking, high sense of self-starter and good in negotiation skill
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Having experience working with expatriate
  • Willing to WFO from Semanggi, Jakarta Selatan
  • Could join ASAP

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include experience in the education or technology sectors, familiarity with the Indonesian market, and proficiency in additional languages.
