As an IT Support Intern, the primary responsibility will be to assist in providing technical support to end-users of the company's systems and infrastructure. IT Support Intern will be working with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to minimize system downtime and improve user satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Assist in providing technical support to end-users of the company's systems and infrastructure.
- Monitor and analyze system performance to detect and respond to technical issues.

- Participate in the testing and deployment of new software releases.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including support guides.
- Continuously learn and apply new technologies and best practices to improve support operations efficiency.

- Other related tasks and assignments as required.
Qualifications
- 7th or 8th semester of undergraduate student / A bachelor’s degree majoring in Computer science / Information System / Economy / Finance or a related field.
- Have a cumulative GPA of 3.00 or above.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems and networks.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix command line.
- Experience with ticketing systems and incident management processes.
- Basic understanding of database management and SQL.
- Ability to analyze and solve technical problems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Possess good English speaking and writing skills.
- Willing to undergo an internship / internship process for a minimum of 6 months.
